Demi Remick

Demi Remick is a New York City-based tap dancer, choreographer, educator, and multidisciplinary performer recognized for her innovative work across dance, music, and theatrical performance. Named one of Dance Magazine’s Top 25 to Watch at age 17, she is also a YoungArts Gold Winner, Presidential Scholar in the Arts nominee, and Capezio Athlete.


Remick has spent more than eight years touring internationally as the featured tap dance soloist with Postmodern Jukebox and has gained millions of online views through her viral tap dance videos inspired by popular culture and video game music. Her performance credits include appearances with Dorrance Dance, Caleb Teicher & Company, Jason Samuels Smith, Lisa La Touche’s TapPhonics, and productions such as The Hook, Strictly Gershwin, and Sensatia Cabaret. She has performed at renowned venues including the Sydney Opera House, Royal Albert Hall, Lincoln Center, Radio City Music Hall, and The Kennedy Center.


A graduate of SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance, Remick teaches internationally and creates work for dancers of all ages, sharing her passion for tap dance around the world.
