The Tap Studio
The Tap Studio offers tap dance classes designed specifically for adults (18 and over)
taught by internationally acclaimed tap artist, Lane Alexander.

All classes are held at 2933 N. Southport
(directly across from the Athenaeum Theatre in the Emerald City Theater School)
2010 Fall/Winter Sessions
Session I - 8 Weeks
September 13 - November 9 (Studio closed October 25 and 26)
Session II - 6 Weeks
November 15 - December 21 (Studio closed Dec 27 - Jan 2)

Registration Policy has CHANGED .
For Tap II, III and V Classes can be purchased in three ways:
-$15 per single class
Pay as you go!
-$105 for 8-week session ($13.25/class)
If you register for one 8 week session, your registration is good for 12 "studio" weeks only and is not transferable to another session.
-$125 for 10 class card ($12.50/class)
Class cards are good for one year and are non-transferable.
Registration Policy for Tap I
-$105 for 8-week session ($13.25/class)
- $80 for 6-week session ($13.25/class)
Tap I students MUST enroll for entire 8 week or 6 week session. Class cards WILL EXPIRE after 10 or 8 "studio" weeks respectively (which still allows students some flexibility). Returning students may use current class cards under original "no expiration" terms.
Classes are limited to 18 students. Preference will given to those enrolled in the "course" followed by "10 class card holders" followed by single class purchasers. To guarantee a space in a class, we encourage everyone to enroll in "courses" or buy ten class cards.
