If your supporters order tickets by phone, they give your code (or organization name) to the box office attendant helping them with their purchase. Marketing Materials Postcards Postcards are now available! We can provide you with up to 5,000 postcards, and each includes an explanation of the program and instructions on how to participate. You will need to personalize your postcards by affixing a small label that lists your organization's personal partner code. Click here to download a label template (sized for Avery 5160 labels) Please contact Cameron with a request. Customizable E-Blast The e-blast will be available in September. Other Items If this is the first year your organization is participating, CHRP will need copies of your state and federal tax exemption letters (to process our own amusement tax exemption).
