The Chicago Human Rhythm Project welcomes all individuals who would
like to make the generous contribution of their time and talents
in a variety of ways. If you are interested in volunteering with
the Chicago Human Rhythm Project, please let us know what interests
you:
Administrative support:
The Chicago Human Rhythm Project has students and
concert attendees from all over the Unites States and the world. To
keep in touch with our supporters we are continually updating our
database to have the most current information. With a full season
of events, our communication with the public is critical to the organization
as we develop direct mailing campaigns. The help with assembling a
mailing is vital to CHRP. Our volunteers assist in general administrative
support, assembling press kits, labeling photos, calling area dance
studios, data entry, archiving, database management, and mailing to
name a few.
Performances/Events:
In 2006, CHRP continues to expand the focus of its mission
to include the presentation of world-class percussive dance. At each event,
we need individuals to assist in ticket sales, ushering, and the sale of
concessions.
Annual Festival:
While festival classes are in session, volunteers
are needed at the CHRP information table to help with questions and
crowd control and transportation.
