Our Appeal

We have until December 31 to raise $15,000.00 to meet our annual goal of $500,000.00. Please consider making your critically important contribution today. If we reach our goal, CHRP will become eligible for over $100,000.00 in new funding in support of our 2007 programs.

Some of the World's Greatest Tap Dances gather every year in Chicago for seminars, master classes, jam sessions, free public performances, and rhythm packed concerts at theaters throughout the city.

But, tuition and ticket sales do not cover all of the costs associated with the production of our summer festival, year round presentation of concerts and events and our annual scholarship program, which offers $10,000.00 in tuition wavers to talented Chicago teenagers to study and work with legendary dance masters. Help us continue this living tradition - help us establish a new cultural institution dedicated to America's gift to dance - TAP!
