Hourly rental space will include one to two 1,600+ square-foot performing arts studios and two 800 square-foot studios for classes, rehearsals, and other events as well as a large meeting room. Resident companies will also benefit from individual and shared office space that creates new opportunities for efficiency, cohesion, and collaboration.
