People
 Nico RubioNico Rubio, a native to Chicago has been tap dancing, choreographing and teaching for almost a decade now. He is currently performing with Sour Apples Crew, Just'LisTeN and 3 Feet High (an exclusive new tap company he recently created). Nico is also a former member of M.A.D.D. Rhythms, where he attained most of his professional tap training. Since then, he has taught and performed in Los Angeles, Arizona, New Mexico, New York City, and Tennessee as well as internationally in Beijing, China. Nico is currently studying Performing Arts Management at Columbia College Chicago; though he has already started to produce a number of shows including How About Them Apples and Chicago Revealed. He is more known in the tap community for winning numerous Cutting Contests at CHRP Tap Festivals, the LA Tap Fest & the DC Tap Fest. Nico has recently gained popularity in other communities for his interactive video posts entitled Sample Sundays. Nico is looking forward to continuously sharing his passion and creating many more opportunities that would not only give back to the art of tap dancing, but also inspire others to create their own destiny through their passions. |
